Shipping & Handling: We ship via UPS and on average most garden hose leave the plant in 1 to 2 business days - hose reels 1 to 3 business days. UPS 2nd Day Air is another shipping option for your convenience (we do not ship hose reels 2nd Day Air), it should be noted that this option speeds the actual shipping time not the in plant processing time (U.S. Shipping only, Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska must choose 2nd Day Air).

Backorders: The Garden Hose Store & More makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. Normally, all orders ship within 2 to 4 business days. Occasionally there are production problems which may delay your order. If this occurs, we will email you within three business days. If your hose product will be delayed, you will have the option to wait for it's production, substitute the item for a similar item, or request a full refund.
Warranty: We guarantee each product you order to be free of material and workmanship defects and to be received free of shipping damage. Our warranties cover manufacturer defect. Please see the individual product description for warranty information on your hose products. All warranties for garden hose, garden hose fittings and garden hose reels are voided if these products are used for applications other than their stated purpose and/or with chemicals or substances other than air or water. We must be notified within 30 days of product failure or within 10 days in the case of shipping damage in order to make a claim. After 30 days, any defects will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Any attempt to repair a defective item without authorization may void this warranty. Any customers making returns must receive a return of goods authorization form (RGA)before returning their item. This must be obtained by e-mailing us at customerservice@thegardenhosestore.com
Return Policy: We want every customer to be happy with his or her shopping experience at The Garden Hose Store & More. The following return policy is meant to make your returning of items easy and accurate. Please e-mail us at customerservice@thegardenhosestore.com with the reason for your return and any information you need to share with us. We will then send you a Return of Goods Authorization form (RGA). No returns will be accepted without an RGA. The RGA form ensures that your instructions for return items are followed and credited to the proper account. To receive proper credit your RGA form must accompany your return. Shipping fees are not refundable. The proper return shipping address will be supplied with the RGA and an authorization number to make your transaction quick and easy.
